At Daily Verse, every item is custom-made to order especially for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections; please refer closely to the sizing charts on our product pages before purchasing. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, so if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please email us at dailyverse.clothing@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will happily provide a free replacement or refund.
Similarly, if your package is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can replace it at no extra cost to you. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, and any shipments returned to our facility due to an insufficient address or being unclaimed will require you to cover the reshipment costs.
